However, as our products are custom-made and printed on demand, certain limitations apply to returns and cancellations. 1. Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or contain a clear manufacturing error. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for items no longer wanted.
  • Return Window: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Any return requests received after 14 days of delivery will not be eligible.
  • Return Process: To begin a return, please email us at info@dealsaholics.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item showing the issue
    • A brief description of the defect or damage
  • Resolution Options: If your return is accepted, we will offer either a replacement item or a full refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the defect. Replacement items are reprinted and shipped free of charge.

2. Cancellations Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, because each item is made on demand, we have a limited window to accept cancellations.

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once this period has passed, your order will be sent to production, and we will not be able to cancel it.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at info@dealsaholics.com with your order number within the 12-hour window.

3. Additional Information

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that do not qualify for returns include those ordered in the wrong size, color, or where the customer simply changed their mind. We encourage you to review all details before completing your purchase.
  • Documentation: For any return or replacement requests, we may require a photo of the item showing the damage, defect, or misprint. This helps us to assess the issue and ensure quick resolution.
  • Shipping Fees: In the event of a defective or damaged item, we cover the shipping fees associated with the replacement or refund. Original shipping fees for non-defective items are non-refundable.
